In times of accelerated change,
how do we stay connected to our hearts?
Our hearts are what makes us human.
In this replay of Living From Your Heart, Virginia Rosenberg and Rochelle Schieck explore how to navigate life from the intelligence of the heart rather than the dictates of the mind, through movement and intuitive astrology.
This video is a practical tool and a resource for you to return to again and again to generate heart coherence.
Living From the Heart offers a glimpse of our Embodied Astrology method.
Astrology is a healing art. Rather than memorize personality traits, the Embodied Astrology Course invites you to move the archetypes of the Zodiac through your body.
How does each Zodiac archetype feel in your body?
How do you personally connect to the themes it signifies?
How can you create a relationship with astrology that is life-giving?
This simple practice creates direct experience that helps you integrate the knowledge and wisdom of astrology and apply it to your daily life.

Rochelle, founder of Qoya Inspired Movement, offers 1:1 Embodied Astrology readings to guide you in a somatic integration of your natal chart. From Rochelle:
Embodied Astrology readings are a unique opportunity to explore your birth chart through noticing the wisdom of your body. The most common experiences during an astrology reading are awe and overwhelm. Awe at the amount of insight, resonance and opportunity to find healing in placing yourself in right relationship to the narrative of your life shown through your chart. Overwhelm with what can seem like learning a new language and integrating all the information. I’ve been getting astrology readings for over 25 years and the most powerful way I know to deepen those experiences is to have a personalized movement ritual to embody them.
Sessions are 90 minutes.

Rochelle Schieck is the founder of Qoya Inspired Movement. Since its inception in 2009, she has trained hundreds of Qoya teachers, taught thousands of classes, and led dozens of retreats in the most sacred places on earth with one intention in mind: to remember and to help others do the same.
Qoya is designed to help us feel how the body and movement are a portal to remember our essence, to feel our perspective shift from going through the motions to savoring life as sacred. Qoya does this through classes, workshops, rituals, retreats/pilgrimages, teacher trainings, free videos online, a blog, and Rochelle's book, Qoya: A Compass for Navigating an Embodied Life that is Wise, Wild and Free in hopes that all that who feel the call to remember are supported on their journey.
There are no levels to Qoya, and it is a movement that people of any age or ability level can do. It has been featured in outlets like New York Magazine, Oprah.com, The Telegraph, and Psychology Today. Learn more at qoyainspiredmovement.com.
